The project consisted of a full refurbishment of the showroom and workshop completed in two phases over a period of 25 weeks, whilst Lookers maintained a split showroom occupation. A complete new mezzanine was installed inside the showroom to create new first floor canteen, offices and boardroom. The workshop received a decoration and tiling whilst maintaining full operations. The general works included Mechanical & Electrical, decorations, electrics, new ceilings and floorcoverings. Externally works included a refreshed outside façade including new signage.
